West Virginia Optometry Licensee List
Approved, qualifying organizations such as governmental agencies, insurance companies and others can download a list containing WV Licensed Optometrists, their license number and practice address as they have reported to the board. This list is available as a CSV (Comma Seperated Values) Spreadsheet. The file has an extension of .csv, but this spreadsheet should open automatically in almost any version of Microsoft Excel, and is openable by several other spreadsheet programs. The list can also be opened as a plain text file, but is formatted for spreadsheet use.
