Online Renewal allows you to make address changes. Online Renewal will require the following information:
- Email Address (that you have on file with the WVBO)
- Password (temporary password is Certemy2021! Please change using the “Reset Password” link on the Certemy login page.)
The Board of Optometry uses an annual license renewal system. This change will result in an annual renewal fee of $400 paid in advance and 43 hours of CE in arrears.
When you renew your license you will pay $400. However, you will renew your license again in 2022.
All licenses will EXPIRE on June 30, 2021. A late fee of $200 will be imposed if not post marked by June 30, 2020.
